Not super easy to get to from any local station, but a great hotel once you're there. Hotel itself is very clean and the rooms were a great size for two people travelling with 2 large checked bags and 2 carry-on pieces. An easy check in and out process and a clean, quiet room made for a great stay.

The property was in a great location. Convenient to transportation, easy to call an Uber, great for restaurants and shopping. However, the property is very run down, including rooms and dining area. The staff were all very nice. The breakfast buffet offering was great!

The front desk lady was very helpful in rebooking my reservations after I inadvertently booked the Shibuya Granbell instead of Shinjuku after my trip to Okinawa. Close(ish) to the subway and restaurants
