"Clean and friendly staff. Check-in was easy as well. You have to go to the 25th floor for the hotel lobby. The 1st floor of the building is the street level and you can take the elevator up depending on which entry of the subway station you are coming from. If you get off the local U-line then you will enter from 2nd level from thebsubway tunnel into the automatic glass doors where you see the Ghibli clock on the opposite end. If your getting off Shimbashi Station then you will enter the building from the 1st level and make your way to 25th floor. You can follow the signs that says "Park hotel". I like the hote because they offer free non alcoholic beverages to guests staying in hotel. I also appreciate that you dont have to bring much toiletries since the hotel room provides the following: toothbrush/tooth paste, cotton swabs, Q tips, body scrub towel, shampoo/body soap/hair conditioner, blow dryer, 2 bottles if water in the room, coffee/tea, kettle and pajamas. All this is great because it frees up more space in your luggage for travelling around japan. Unfortunately we didnt have the chance to use our drink tickets for the lounge. "

"Good distance for walk to shikanawa station. Hotelroom in good condition and clean. Check-in very fast and comfortible. Seveneleven in basement are perfekt!"

"Lobby and room are clean , WiFi with gd signal, location is good with lots of restaurants ard and this is the second time stay in this hotel "

"The hotel was nice and clean, each room has its own router in it so wifi speeds were quick the laundry machines do get busy in the afternoon but you can check it anytime. The fact that it is a nice 10 minute walk from the KY train station is amazing. The ramen shop next door is great and cheap. There are also multiple convenient stores nearby."

"Great location. Across the street from Shinagawa Station. Food court and 7-11 downstairs was convenient for family traveling. Shinagawa is also a stop for Bullet train. "
