"My second stay within the week at this hotel was much improved. No issue with my reserved room and I was able to pre-select a preferred artist room. These rooms are not only original and artistic, but also more renovated. The view of Tokyo Tower and Mt Fuji was lovely. Quite a different experience staying in these rooms. "Well located, comfortable and welcoming hotel. Excellent customer service and they even checked us into our room early which was helpful after a long flight with our baby! Incredibly clean and well designed rooms. We were in the newly renovated rooms. Great western breakfast options. Would recommend and stay here again! "
