"Great location, service and amazing breakfast."

"This was our first time at this hotel and we will definitely come back to stay here again in the future! It was very convenient and family friendly. The room and bathroom were clean, modern, and very spacious. Every floor had a common microwave, vending machine for drinks and a scale. The bathhouse was great. We enjoyed it after a long day of walking. The kids playroom is ideal for younger children aged 3 and below as the room is very small and does not have any play equipment for older children. The laundry facility is very convenient and has a vacuum sealing machine. The only downside is when other guests forget to take out their laundry and hotel staff cannot do anything about it unless the laundry has been left in the machine for at least an hour. There is a family mart convenience store that you can access from inside the hotel. Shiomi station is only a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel and is 3 stops away from Tokyo Station. There are a few restaurants, a Ministop convenience store, and a grocery store near Shiomi station. The staff was also very helpful when you needed them. My children left behind a few of their items and the hotel was quick to respond and confirm our items to ship back to us (at our expense of course). "

"The bed was comfortable, the hotel was nice, and Godzilla was great. The Godzilla terrace was off limits due to issues they’ve had, but still had full view of his head. They try to sign you up for a "free membership" right when you’re checking in - if you decline it the first time, they drop it. "

"As the name suggests, airport hotel is at the airport just outside entry gates in Terminal 3 and is really convenient if you are catching an early morning flight. Check in was smooth and easy even though we arrived quite late in the evening. Easy free transfers to the other terminals. Definitely would stay again. Would highly recommend it."

"Very good for the week we spent! Beds are very comfortable, location is best! Outside the doors are 7/11, Lawson and family Mart! There's a donkikito as well we're you can do tax free shopping. Train station is a 5 min walk too. I will def always choose this hotel as my prime location when we visit Tokyo "

"Room is pretty nice and spacious, clean and nice views. Amenities are decent, you can get the majority on the lobby. The spa is nice and big too, plenty of bath options to choose from like the soda bath, jet bath and the open air bath. The area around are perfect, you have Ariake Garden with a dedicated shortcut on 6F, plenty of food options at the food court and other floors. Plenty of shopping options too. All around good area to stay at, close to Daiba with a 5-10 min walk to the station. "
