The shower walls had some mold spots. Staff cleaned them once we reported this condition. We inquired about getting a late check-out since our flight wasn’t till 6:00 pm. However, the hotel wanted to charge us approx. 5,000 yen for two hours so we declined. We are not used to having to pay for late check-out. We have stayed at this hotel 5 times in the last 2 1/2 years but next time we visit Tokyo, we will consider staying at another property.

This hotel was very conveniently located - close to the Shimbashi station and also not exposed to rain getting to the hotel. It is also very close to the southern part of Ginza, so it is very easy to walk to Ginza and Tsukiji. The staff was very helpful and professional. I arrived at 1 pm and was able to get an early check in. The Standard Double room has a lot of space for Japanese hotel standards. The room was comfortable and had a nice East-facing view. All the basic amenities were available. There were three breakfast options. I tried the buffet and also the Japanese breakfast. Both were good! Overall, it was a very positive stay. I would stay here again.

This hotel is centrally located near the Shimbashi station. It is very convenient for going places. The room size is very good for Japanese hotel standards (Standard Double). Breakfast options are good (both Western and Japanese). The staff was able to offer early check in (I arrived at 1 pm), so that was super helpful after a long flight. The rooms are in the upper floors (27 ), so the views are good. I didn't get a Tokyo Tower View room but wish I had! I would stay here again on another trip.

It’s close to Shimbashi and Shiodome station. Check in is not until 3pm but our room is ready around 12pm. Room is a little outdated and bathroom had a smell. Air filter is available, which I think helped with the smell. There’s a gym that’s available 24 hours. I picked the hotel hoping I’d get a room with the view of Tokyo tower and Mt Fuji, unfortunately I did not. Would recommend the hotel due to price and convenience.
