"Property is extensive and plenty of facilities onsite, very well run and professional hotel, rooms are clean but the room we stayed is was quite old and out of date, probably due for a refresh. But would still recommend this as an excellent hotel."

"The check-in/check-out process was very smooth and easy. The room was clean and well-maintained, we got fresh towels everyday. It is an approx. 15 minute walk to Shinjuku station. There are some extra little goodies on the reservation floor such as face masks, cleansing oil, face cleanser, face lotion, toothbrush/toothpaste, brush, razor, etc. If you’re packing light, this hotel is perfect to cover all your hygienic needs. The pillows and bed are firm, but they have rental pillows near the elevator on your floor that are much softer. The A/C is operated by buttons near the reading light (they look like intercom buttons) and you can’t adjust the temp, but it was at a perfect temp anyways and provided air circulation. Great stay! "
