"The location in Shinjuku is great. The view of the city from our room was amazing! The rooms seemed a bit worn but very clean overall. We did not need our rooms to be cleaned everyday but the staff was great about leaving clean towels, toiletries, and water hanging in a bag on our door. My only complaint is the Breakfast! It really was lacking breakfast options. The coffee was cold and not very good. The orange juice came from the soda machine so it really was more like Fanta and not OJ. ...

"The fact that you don’t have to pay for onsen because this hotel has one is a plus. Bathroom is clean and love the amenities. Make sure to look at the square footage of the room when booking. Some rooms with double beds are small and no closets. Luggages can be stored under the bed.The breakfast buffet is really good and there is also a restaurant in the hotel."

"Customer service was amazing and went above and beyond. Beautiful hotel with lovely professional staff. There is a 24hr convenience ahop linked to the hotel.hotel has a restaurant. Train station is close just takes some time to understand the system. Have cash, they dont use cards easily"
