My family and I love this hotel. It was beautiful to walk into. The airport shuttle isn’t too expensive, and takes the stress out of having to navigate your way to the hotel. Especially after a long day of traveling. The hotel has a beautiful view of the Tokyo Skytree and a short walk to the train station and plenty of delicious places to eat. WHEN we come back we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff that made our vacation memorable.

Location is great, lots of shops and restaurants. We have 3 adults in the same room and we asked for 3 room cards and the reception staff refused. She just gave us 2, don’t understand how difficult with that! When we arrived, no one around the hotel entrance. We are seniors with lots of luggage, can’t get someone to help.

Fantastic hotel close to the train station and to many restaurants and convenience stores just minutes away from the front door. Hotel breakfast is nice and the hotel room was well maintained.

Pros: Best location,accesible to various modes of transportations,accomodating staffs Cons: breakfast buffet is almost the same everyday, if you stay more than 2 days,on the 3rd day you will run out of options since its the same choices each day!

We got triple room which is decent size for 3 of us. We stayed 8 nites. The hotel is dated but very clean. The subway is 5 minutes walk and there are tons of shopping and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was good. Overall a good experience, I would stay again.
