Modern, minimalist Japanese eco-friendly hotel with a 5-star level of comfort but much more affordable than the usual Western brands like Four Seasons and Ritz. My only criticism is the cost for adding breakfast is a little expensive, although the food is good."

"This is easily the best hotel I have ever stayed by far. The staff made sure you feel special and appreciated. The time for check in and check out was 2pm and 12 pm respectively, which was generous. The executive lounge was very comfortable. Breakfast is also included for other restaurants. Satsuki was a great breakfast option. The Japanese garden was beautiful. Spa access was also included. I would definitely go back to House Zen when I go to Tokyo again."
