"Such a fantastic hotel. The room size for 4 people was brilliant and what a view. Staff were so helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here. So conveniently located close to two shopping malls and train station right outside the hotel. Also a Lawsons attached to the hotel which is great for a cheap lunch or dinner on the go. Highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay. "

"Wonderful hotel, we stayed for 7 nights and they upgraded us to a Tokyo Tower view for the last 4 nights through the Expedia VIP status. Large rooms and bathrooms, excellent breakfast, and great service although some of the staff is not fluent in English (common in Japan though). Thank you for a great stay!"

"The staff are very accommodating and friendly. We arrived walking from the subway in a surprise rainstorm and we were soaked upon arrival. They immediately offered to help with bags, gave us some towels and made check in very fast and easy. Rooms were very clean. The area itself was very quiet. Breakfast was yummy with a wide variety. Would come here again in a heartbeat. "

"Had a great experience after a long night out. Overslept and almost missed checkout and was conveniently able to extend checkout a couple (very necessary) hours late from the TV. Cannot recommend this property enough!"
