We had booked family room when the booking was done for 5 adults.the pictures showed living area along with bedroom which was not clear depiction. The room was very small with barely any space to walk or put luggage.the hotel should not have allowed 5 adults(a3 of them were teens but we booked them as adults) in one room.Most hotels have interconnecting twin rooms when they book us together or we pick 2 rooms. I would recommend the hotel to take off 5 adult option from that room. The location was very good and daily house keeping was a big bonus as there was no space to dry towels etc.The staff were great and luggage storage was free which was a big bonus too.

The property was located close to 2 different train stations (Sudobashi, Iidabashi). Each was less than 10 minutes on foot on opposite directions. The beds were comfortable and the room was a decent size. They provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair brush, and other toiletries. The toilet and shower/bath areas were separate. The buffet breakfast was tasty, the only thing is that it’s pretty much the same options every day(good or bad?). The hotel is in a very safe area, with a Family Mart, 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and other dining options across from the hotel. We stayed here twice within our trip to Japan because the price, location, and amenities were great.

Staff were 10/10!! Very helpful and go above and beyond. The only thing we didn’t love was the cleanliness of everything, which was surprising given Japan’s usual high standards. We were staying for a month and had to ask for our room to be vacuumed (it looked like it hadn’t been done when we first checked in). Lots of dust and hair from previous guests around the room as well. Other than that, enjoyable stay.

This is a good business hotel frequented by Japanese clientele for many years. While many foreign tourists have come to it in recent months, it caters far more to locals, and does that very well. It is a good JR property. Clean. Well managed, very professional. The area is decidedly not touristy, and that also has appeal to many. Anyway, transit in Tokyo is second to none; everything of need is 20 minutes away at most. All in all, an excellent hotel for the price point.
