First time in Japan, this hotel was beautiful. Within walking distance of the train station, very clean, beautiful, lots of food options & the hospitality is unmatched. Would highly recommend to anyone!

It was beautiful and quiet. I loved the bird chirping in the atrium and the under lit acer maple trees outside of the lounge.

Front desk did not speak good English. I booked two rooms. Each room have different free breakfast locations that we missed one. Terrible!

Everything is adequate. Only drawback is a bit further from the train station with a up hill walk. We need to use the shuttle between the Prince Hotel Shinagawa to this hotel.
