"We had decided to rent a VRBO because we had 8 people in our family, including 2 toddlers. It was roomy enough with 3 levels, but the two stairwells were narrow and steep- dangerous for the two youngest. It would have been perfect for adults wanting to stay together and yet have their own room with the 4 bedrooms provided. "Very well located to the bus station and a short walk to the subway. The stairs might be a bit strenuous for those who have to go all the way to the top floor, but there was plenty of space for luggage."
