It is a large hotel with about 1600 rooms so lobby can be busy and quiet level may vary! It is efficient with mostly self check-in/out. Room was solid (as was the in-room coffee!).with small table so a bit more room than Annex next door.

The property is in a great location. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast on the 25th floor was fantastic. We tried breakfast at the annex location one time. It had very little selection and not that good.
