"Very kind staff, the dining options and the Japanese garden were a delight to have nearby, Shinagawa station is nearby which is great to move around the trains and explore Tokyo. The room seemed a little unkept and may need a little renovation, but the city view from the balcony was pretty great, also the amenities were a plus too."
