Everyone was so lovely and polite, such a beautiful hotel, our stay was amazing for our first time in Japan! Such easy transport and food options were very close to the hotel and close networks to the city of Tokyo and beyond.

The rooms are spacious and clean. We only stayed one night so we didn’t get to enjoy much of the hotel. Note - there’s not much around the area but is close to Shinagawa station.
