"This hotel had great reviews and they were accurate. It was just what we hoped It would be. Spacious rooms, very clean with all needed amenities supplied. The shower/bath room was roomy and wonderful. The staff provided excellent, courteous customer service. The location near Shiodome station is very central to Tokyo's amazing rail and metro services. Great restaurants and convenience stores are within easy walking distance. The only disapppointment was the gym. It had 1 treadmill, a few (3 -4) weight machines, and mats. And it was located next to the smoking room. Other than this minor disappointment, the hotel is great! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tokyo. "

"Excellent hotel in a superb location, with lots of convenience & drug stores around, very helpful to have when traveling with small kids. Metro access inside the hotel was super handy and easy to get to wherever in Tokyo. We were staying on the premiere floor which gave us acess to lots of free amenties such as the lounge, free mini bar & all the top ups, free breakfast across different restaurants in hotel & free room service breakfast was handy when we were extra tired. The extra pennies to stay on premiere floor are worth it especially if you're travelling with family (all the free food and snacks made it easier for my 1 year old son). Very caring staff and beautiful hotel! "

"Excellent location and service! The entrance is little bit confused if you arrive late in night time. The reception is on 24/F. The entrance on ground floor and underpass is very small! Once you get used the environment, it is very convenient. "
