The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo

5.0 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (571)
"The hotel staff are excellent and prioritize a luxury feel. We had a massive suite that was very good size and if you stay in a room that has access to the club floor, the views are remarkable. The only detail that I wasn’t a fan of was the hotel is 17 years old and a lot of it looks and feels like something that was done and relevant 17 years ago, so it has a bit of vintage feel, if you like that."

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Akasaka

3.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (1000)

As for the hotel itself, I really appreciate the hotel staff for fulfilling my special request and always responding promptly to my Expedia messages. In person, they continued to be very helpful and courteous. The room was very clean and sufficiently...

Marroad Inn Akasaka

3.0 star property
7.0 out of 10, Good, (295)
"I stayed here almost a year ago and I guess I could tolerate it. This time, with a small room, uncomfortable bed and pillows, I requested a refund for my remaining nine days. Due to coming here to study, it was imperative to get decent sleep at night so I could concentrate while in a medical clinic. Thanks to excellent customer service from Hotels.com, I not only got a refund but they found me a very comfortable place in Akasaka at MyStays, albeit significantly more expensive. Most hotels have at...
