"I booked a studio suite at the Radisson Wall Street. I chose this hotel because it is located near the Staten Island Ferry and wanted to walk there the next morning at 5:00 am to take the ferry to the NYC Marathon. When I arrived at the Radisson the front desk told me that my booking was transferred to the Holiday Inn Lower East Side approximately 5 trains stops away. I was very upset that no notice was ever provided to me and in fact had received a reminder email of my Radisson booking only a...

"The place was nice! Only complaint was that the bed was broken when we got there and the area was not a place to bring a car (as most places in New York)"

"Gold Hall was everything. A little confusing to find but a wonderful hidden gem. Customer service from everyone employee was amazing, very welcoming, friendly but professional. My only issue in the elevator and my room floor was a stench of odor. Maybe mildew, kind of strand considering how well kept the hotel is. We also came across an employee cleaning and sanitizing the elevators. Overall I would say Glid Hall is a great choice and I will be back. "

"Clean room and comfortable bed. My boys and I enjoyed the amazing view overlooking the World Trade Center. Walking distance to shops and dining. Definitely staying here again."

"Communication with staff was bad. We requested a non-slip mat for the bath tub twice. We were told it would be sent up. After third request they finally told us they didn't have them. Textured floor of tub was felt to be enough. This was a renovated room Inside of shower curtain had something funky going on. Quite gross."
