I didn't realize it was a 5 floor walk up but it was clean. Tiny but a great location. Close to the subway and a great bagel spot called Tompkins Square Bagels.

Room I had on first floor with a double bed was very spacious and new with a couch, desk, wardrobe cabinet and had fridge and microwave. Bathroom spacious and new as well. Keurig coffee and snack at front desk in morning. Desk staff very friendly.
