"From the moment we arrived everyone was helpful and friendly. They helped with anything and everything we could ask for when it came to dining and activities (like the catamaran). And house keeping was more than on top of their job. They came by twice a day to check the room and turn down the bed plus the mini fridge stayed stock. "Love love love the Majestic resorts- finally now staying at the Mirage. We have stayed at the Colonial and the Elegance prior but the Mirage took it up to another level! Easy check in and check out when upgrading to the Mirage Club. We opted for a roof top with jacuzzi room in the adults only section. The room was clean for the most part but could have been polished more for our liking. Would suggest you bring your own shampoo and conditioner from home! The food was top notch and take...

"Overall it was an awesome experience! Check-in was a bit of a mess (took us 1.5 hours to get our room situation figured out) but otherwise we had a great stay! Food was yummy (especially the Teppanyaki place), staff was always eager to help, the beach was beautiful and clean, and the rooms had all that you needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!"
