"Had a lot of fun with 2 young kids. Huge, beautiful property. Buffets could be better, food variety and quality was lower than other hotels I’ve stayed in the area. Also their eco initiatives are a bit much - no straws at all and only one beach towel per person per day detracts from the vacation experience "

"Very nice all inclusive. Food options could have been better, but was ok. Buffet wadms good. Pools were great. Very good customer service. Didn't care for excursions, very crowded tour buses. Beach access is nice, but there are a lot of people on the beach trying to sell stuff. One thing I didn't care for is that there are several things that you have to be a excellence member to utilize, which I didn't see on website."

"There is three separate Majestic Hotels on the Property but all contacted which can get confusing on the first day trying to get around. A lot of the staff did not speak English which made it hard to communicate and ask about certain things. They changed our room last minute and downgraded us and gave us a credit without telling us which was frustrating because we booked the specific room for our honeymoon but they were able to make it right and got us in the correct room the next day.
