"Its so convenient. Its too nice of a hotel to let rundown and not fixup or remodel. Freshen up the place with paint and repairs. Make both court yards look nice again. New courtyard furniture and umbrellas. Love the security. If they don't no how to fix it? Contact me an I will show you. J.Amos"
