We repeatedly called and messaged the host and we were completely ignored. We called to complain and they tried messaging host and was ignored as well. The host has still not gotten back to us. We had already paid for one month in advance and didn’t get our refund until weeks later. It was a nightmare experience being in a different country with your family...
