"Great beach! Even some turtles came and visit daily. Well maintained garden. Clean paths. Adult areas highly appreciated. The service at the bars were fast and polite. All employees were kind and we tried our best to get around not speaking spanish. Two things were not optimal: Late Dinner option at the Surf&Turf restaurant was good but it seems like our waitress was far overworked and tired. Not ONE smile, several mistakes and rude service… we spoke with the manager. In one night we got three visitors in our room. Obviously by accident and cleared situation fast but not a good feeling that someone could enter our room with another bracelet… recommendation: always lock the room from the inside. "

What truly set this experience apart was the exceptionally friendly and personable staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They weren’t just providing service—they created meaningful connections that made us feel at home. Eduardo, our butler, was a perfect example of this. He was always available when we needed him, ensuring our stay was seamless, yet he also gave us the space to enjoy our time without being intrusive. The dining experience was another highlight, offering a wide range of high-quality food, all maintained and served with impeccable standards. We had the pleasure of interacting with Franklin, Divelia, and many others at the restaurants and buffets, who always greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm, making every meal even more enjoyable. The unbelievable evening shows were a true spectacle! Each night, we were blown away by the high-energy performances, dazzling choreography, and top-tier entertainment that kept us captivated from start to finish. The effort and talent of the performers were evident, making the resort’s nightlife just as thrilling as the days spent in paradise. "What a beautiful place. Its very colourful during the day and very ambient at night. Beach was about under 10 min walk from our room. Lots of food options and entertainment. We really enjoyed the kids area. There's pool tables, table tennis, bowling, VR and a bunch more fun things to do. My daughter and I went there for her birthday. I asked One of the staff if they can have a cake ready with a candle. When the cake came it was a normal size cake. That's about 9 x9. It was pretty big. I was just expecting like a cupcake with a candle. Lol I did get charged for it after for $33 US dollars after. I wish I knew that. But but overall it was for my daughter's birthday. Our Expedia concierge booked my daughter and I for dinner by the beach. We had surf and turf. Food was delicious and the view was just stunning. There was also musician playing the saxophone. So much great things to say. Not enough room on here. The only issue we had Was when would take a shower, you can start to smell The sewage being backed up. It wasn't often only a few times. We didn't complain about it. We were just in the shower for a few minutes and then we're out so it wasn't much issue aside from that. Overall we loved every minute of our stay. "
