"First time in Cancun, first time doing all inclusive and it was a trip with my wife, 2 year old toddler and other family members. Overall, we were very happy and enjoyed the stay. The food was better than my expectation as a lot of people said the food in all inclusive is usually not so great. Not many kid friendly options, but having one buffet place was convenient. "This resort had everything we were looking for. The beach was clean and beautiful. The food was above board, even the buffet was exceptional. Pool was well maintained with a lot of seating. One draw back was that if you didn’t get to the pool first thing in the morning the prime poolside spots were gone. That was understandable but many seats were “marked” yet nobody used them for 1/2 the day. There should be a 2 hour window that if the seat remains vacant it’s offered to other guests. "

The upcharges for day beds when they weren't even full by 3pm is kind of silly. They should offer guests them free after a certain time of day, especially in drizzling or rainy days.
