"This was our first time glamping, so we did not know what to expect when we arrived. We were welcomed immediately by Jose, whose personality alone told us we would enjoy our time there. The property is stunning. It has two cenotes, one with a fish spa. We saw a variety of animals during our stay iguanas, spider monkeys, a raccoon, the beautiful pet cat, and some street dogs. "The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! "Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. "My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family.
