Bahia Principe Vacation Rentals - Quetzal - 1-Bedroom Apts

4.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (62)
"Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "

Villas De Rosa Beach Resort

3.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (442)
"Villas De Rosa was a perfect resort for our family of four (two kids, 7 and 10). It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The food (room service) at the resort was the best in the area, reasonably priced, prompt and delicious. We ended up eating all of our meals there. Tony and Samantha were kind and responsive to all of our needs. The beach and pool were all we needed. The rooms are a bit dated and weathered but the AC worked perfectly (bedroom only) and we asked for...

Akumal Bay Beach & Wellness Resort - All Inclusive

4.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1001)
"Mostly really nice property. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The negatives were the loungers and palapas were always reserved for the day. Many time you didn’t see them used for more than half the day, just towels sitting on them. Sounds like that’s the way most resorts are but it’s still annoying. "

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

5.0 star property
8.2 out of 10, Very Good, (72)
"This was our eighth time in the Mayan Riviera and we had a fantastic visit. The employees were very friendly and attentive. Everyone was always happy to help and made you feel valued. We enjoyed the a la carte dinners each night. The Tonino restaurant was our favourite. Our room was a junior deluxe room. We had booked an ocean view room here on Expedia but unfortunately when we got to the resort they had no record of it and none of our receipts or confirmations from Expedia indicated the...
