"Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "

Villas De Rosa Beach Resort

3.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (455)
"This was a great stay. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. We had breakfast and juice the next morning—it was good and very reasonable. Tony was really accommodating. We came in late and he gave us a snack, knowing we were tired and hungry. Half of our stay was at an all inclusive down the street. When I come back to this area, I will definitely stay here, over the resort, anytime! "

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

5.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (102)
"My family & I are so happy we made the right decision to stay at this property. We were a bit apprehensive at first due to some bad reviews but glad we didn’t listen. This place is beautiful and enormous. They did a great job renovating the resort. Although, hopefully the rooms will get the same treatment eventually. There are so many things to do here. The beach was absolutely gorgeous, we enjoyed it so much especially after the seaweeds got cleared out. The kids loved the snorkeling area!...
