"Gorgeous spot. Buffet got old real fast, wish it had been more authentic mexican foods rather than americanized versions. I wrote ahead of time and was told we could get a room near the buffet/main lobby because my husband is handicapped but we were put into the furthest building away so that made for a real challenge. Oceanfront wasnt great for swimming/snorkeling, Nonetheless the majority of the resort was lovely."

"The property was lovely, saw monkey several times. And the was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive! The beach was a tad small and the A/C in the room could have been better, otherwise really great and an excellent value. "This was a great stay. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. We had breakfast and juice the next morning—it was good and very reasonable. Tony was really accommodating. We came in late and he gave us a snack, knowing we were tired and hungry. Half of our stay was at an all inclusive down the street. When I come back to this area, I will definitely stay here, over the resort, anytime! "

"Lizbeth and the rest of the staff were welcoming, kind and so accommodating! I enjoyed one of the best massages I’ve had - thank you Luce! The rooms were clean and well stocked. The beds were really comfortable and the A/C worked well too. There were a few minor problems that were attended to right away and we were offered a room update without hesitation. A highly recommended resort!"

"The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. They will call a taxi lol for $20,...
