"Love the property! it's well maintained and beautiful grounds. Pool closing hours should be longer then 6PM. If you want a beach vacation, then this is not the place. Too many rocks and mountain of seaweed. I was looking for a relaxing snorkeling dive, but I couldn't even get my feet in the water. "Lizbeth and the rest of the staff were welcoming, kind and so accommodating! I enjoyed one of the best massages I’ve had - thank you Luce! The rooms were clean and well stocked. The beds were really comfortable and the A/C worked well too. There were a few minor problems that were attended to right away and we were offered a room update without hesitation. A highly recommended resort!"

"Lovely location. Loved seeing the spider monkey overhead and iguanas wandering. The fishspa is something special for Noth Americans. People seemed to enjoy the monkey sanctuary. We will do that next visit. "

"The residence is actually located on Tulum golf resort and Bahia Principe is across the highway. There's nothing to do on the residential side. You will definitely need to rent a vehicle which they assisted with. Please download Whatsapp, you will need it! All communications went through the app. Front desk was helpful but again nothing is at the golf resort. You can purchase armbands for the resort across the highway but no transportation is provided. They will call a taxi lol for $20,...

"Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO … when asked why- Well since last year we changed our policy but we haven’t changed the information online, and we need DAILY PASS OF $60-$100 depending which pool. Very misleading. When asked about hot water - we will fixed and they never did. "

Just to list a few reasons: Most fans in bed-rooms not working (not ideal in warm Mexico) AC in a few rooms not working. No hot water in any bathrooms.
