Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal - All Inclusive

4.5 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (1302)
"Property was clean and staff extremely accommodating and friendly! Food was average.Enjoyed the ability to eat at multiple resorts with one stay. Trams are nice but wish they were more timed. The trams were always delayed in the morning.I am assuming it is due to people cheching out/in. Biggest peeve is the lack of facilities /accomodations for mobility challenged people. Also would have liked more snack options near the pool areas."

Akumal Bay Beach & Wellness Resort - All Inclusive

4.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1010)
"Mostly really nice property. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The negatives were the loungers and palapas were always reserved for the day. Many time you didn’t see them used for more than half the day, just towels sitting on them. Sounds like that’s the way most resorts are but it’s still annoying. "

8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (68)
"We loved our stay at this resort and will be back! The staff are fantastic....always friendly and willing to help. The buffet each day was fantastic, soooooo many delicious options. Fornthe ala cart restaurants, we tried tje Japanese, the steak hoise and the peruvian. The peruvian was my absolute fav! Also, because we booked through Expedia we got a 3 pack of metal straws as a welcome gift, a free hydrotherapy session and a special dinner at Casa Loma, which was also delicious."

Villas De Rosa Beach Resort

3.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (442)
"Villas De Rosa was a perfect resort for our family of four (two kids, 7 and 10). It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The food (room service) at the resort was the best in the area, reasonably priced, prompt and delicious. We ended up eating all of our meals there. Tony and Samantha were kind and responsive to all of our needs. The beach and pool were all we needed. The rooms are a bit dated and weathered but the AC worked perfectly (bedroom only) and we asked for...

"We like the overall vibe and ambiance. Kind of disappointed that we didn't recieve a room upgrade even though we asked for one. I've visited this hotel many times and even recommend it to family. I wasnt impressed when this fell on empty ears.... Careless response. I know word of mouth is the most effective form of advertising. "

Del Sol Beachfront Hotel and Condos

2.5 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (352)
"This place is wonderful if you like a low key place on the beach! I would prefer a more comfortable bed, but I love the location, the staff, the restaurant nearby and Akumal in general. There are plenty of all inclusive places with lots of activities, but if you want to relax and enjoy a low key setting, this place is wonderful! "
