"The entertainment was amazing! Always something to do! Activities, sports and crafts for most ages. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the Viva Vibe staff. Ugh but the food…SO FLAVORLESS!! Definitely wasn’t expecting 5 star quality at an all inclusive but the food was a 3 out of 10. Honestly felt like going into the kitchen and help them put some flavor into the most basic foods!! Very disappointed with the food."

"Enjoyed our stay rooms are outdated although clean food was good and bars well stocked, the pools are nice but need cleaning better as always hard to find places to sit around pools, beach was good although with 4 other Rui hotels in the area people would come and use our facilities causing over crowding"

"Property was nice, quiet and relaxing, beach was very clean and well maintained and water was beautiful emerald color. Food in some restaurants could be better and the only reservations available were after 9pm. Overall nice experience. "
