"Really nice place. Didn’t have some of the amenities we were counting on such as laundry and room service, but had laundry place and a few restaurants near by. Staff was super nice and helpful. "The first place we booked cancelled on us right when we landed in Mexico and we booked it a month ahead of time. I had Kaab saved in my favorites so I booked it from the cab leaving the airport. We lucked out! What a great place! Will book here in the future because my wife loves Playa Del Carmen. A quick walk to tons of great restaurants and shopping, but far enough away that it felt secluded and quiet. Absolutely perfect"

"Friendly staff, my king bed room was sufficient. Smelled old, couch had mold. Check in was fine, pool and jacuzzi is not heated. All inclusive saved lots of $, lunch menu really nice dinner not great. Only keg beer. The hotel layout of the pool and beach was nice, mostly timeshare folks older crowd. 10 minutes walk to 5th Ave for shopping and restaurants. Taxi only back to Airport $100! Or ADO bus. "
