"The food was extraordinary. The staff very helpful. At a lunch buffet a chef walked by and I asked if they had their ceviche that day, he said no but asked where I was seated and said he would see what he could do. 10 minutes later he brought me a plate of ceviche well presented ringed with fresh lime and cucumber and tortilla chips!"

"The entertainment was amazing! Always something to do! Activities, sports and crafts for most ages. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the Viva Vibe staff. Ugh but the food…SO FLAVORLESS!! Definitely wasn’t expecting 5 star quality at an all inclusive but the food was a 3 out of 10. Honestly felt like going into the kitchen and help them put some flavor into the most basic foods!! Very disappointed with the food."

"Everything was good, service , staff, food amenities, except the flushing arm of the toilet broke off rusted. Not a lot of AC outlets and I think the AC voltage is weak and won’t charge our devices properly. The Shower water flow is weak. "
