"First time at this property, 5th time in Mexico and 2nd time at a Riu Resort (Ocho Rios). The property was beautiful, well laid out and maintained. It was spotless! Check-in was easy and our rooms were ready a couple hours early. The rooms were fresh, clean, no smells and the air conditioning worked perfectly. There is a tub in the middle of the room; weird but it made for a good clothes hanger! The beach and pool were perfect. Chair hogs around the pool but plenty of loungers on the beach....

"Stayed here for a week! And for the price you’re paying this hotel is very conveniently located near fifth avenue, which has all of the shops and restaurants you could want. Hotel and amenities were nice, however front desk lady could be a bit friendlier.
