The picture was a little deceiving but great stay!
The profile picture looked like the property was more isolated when it was actually on a main street with a lot of foot traffic going by to the beach. The staff was great and the house is really nice and clean. Always felt very safe in this gated community with constant security patrolling the neighborhood. A short walk to 5th avenue with all ths bars, restaurants, and shopping.

Amazing stay
My group had an amazing stay at casa blanca. The house manager and staff was very understanding of our rowdy group and the location could not have been better . The house was situated in a very safe , patrolled neighborhood right on the beach and walking distance to everything you could need. They made our stay in Playa del Carmen unforgettable.

Very well equipped house with helpful staff make your stay care free. Kitchen and grill were great for cooking at home. Only wish the beach right by the house was bigger and less weedy.

Wonderful week!
Casa Blanca is a lovely home; my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week! While we did have a few unexpected hiccups (some plumbing issues and spotty internet/TV), Ivonne, Mirna, and Filis were incredibly responsive to our needs, and did everything they could to mitigate the issues. The three of them are top-notch, and receive A+'s across the board, and so does Teresa, our chef for the first couple of nights. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone thinking of renting it!

Casa Blanca Was Wonderful!
We had the best time at this house. The pictures are exactly what the property looks like. Ivonne is Amazing. She helped us with all our organizing. The housekeeper was wonderful, too. Loved being so close to the beach. Extra nice there were beach chairs for us, umbrellas, football. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and there is PLENTY of room for everyone!

Beautiful home
Loved the house and the location of this property. Communication with the property owner was great and the house manager, Ivonne, was there to greet us despite our delayed arrival. This house is easy walking distance to downtown as well as to taxis if you want to go anywhere. Highly recommend this property!

Amazing Property
We stayed at this property from January 24 - Feb 10, 2024. The thought and consideration for guests in this home was amazing, we have stayed in many VRBO units and this was by far the best. The house staff were amazing, always there to answer questions and assist where needed, the host was very responsive and fun, she gave us amazing insights about the area. The house seemed to have everything we needed and beyond, the location was perfect, close to the beach and also close to 5th avenue, but very quiet at night, loved loved, loved this property and feeling grateful to have stayed here. We were having a celebration with family and friends for our retirement and this property was an wonderful place to do it! So much fun, thank you, thank you thank you!

Lovely, serene, and clean. Feel at home when away from home, with staff to meet all your needs. From our 86-year-old family member, to our four month old baby, and kids and adults in between, every single person had a great time. Amazing weekend stay!
We stayed at Casa Blanca for a guys trip / bachelor party and had an amazing time! The house is located in Playacar fase 1 and is literally 50 feet from the beach! The neighborhood is quiet and is guarded and patrolled on a regular basis so it's very safe. Its also in close proximity to quinta avenita (10 minute walk) for restaurants and bars. Yvonne was amazing! She helped line up transfers, dinner reservations, and suggested several activities that we ended up doing. We stayed Wed-Sun and had an absolute blast! 10/10 would stay here again!

Casablanca is a beautiful and very clean house with a lot of room for my family of 7. We love the location of the house. We are a couple of steps away from the beach and only 5 minutes to great restaruants and shopping I would highly recommend Casablanca!

We loved our stay at Casa Blanca!
We were a group of 3 couples that had a fabulous time at Casa Blanca. The property is right next to the beach in a secure neighborhood and also a close walk into town so the location was great and we felt secure. The house was spacious enough for all 6 us and we had meals prepared for us around the large dining table a few of the nights, which was wonderful. Ivonne, the concierge was top-notch and help with small details, which made the trip unforgettable for us. We loved it and highly recommend!

We stayed here for my birthday! Ivonne was like my home girl. She was in communication with me weeks before my stay started. She made sure we had everything to make our stay unforgettable. We reserved Casa Blanca for my 65th birthday along with three other couples. Everything from reservations, communication prior to our arrival to arrival, arrival, stay, was EXCELLENT! House was stocked with the items we requested prior to our arrival, awesome lunch was prepared and ready when we arrived, with menu we had requested. We are already planning a return trip. One of our best trips, Would definitely recommend!!!

We had 3 generations for our get-away and had an incredible stay at Casa Blanca. From organizing our kitchen with supplies we requested, to planning field trips and home cooked meals for us, we were supported. The Two Maria’s cooked our first and last night meals, a delicious treat of authentic Mexican food. The staff was competent, kind, and enjoyable. Yvonne had wonderful suggestions for our visit to Chichen Itza, swimming in a cenote and snorkeling around Cozumel Island. She planned our trips with every detail in place. My family, from 9 years old to 73, had an outstanding time.

Great Stay!
Seven of us, ages 6-70, stayed here for seven great days beginning March 29. Close to everything; beach, 5th Ave, taxis and town. REALLY just 50 steps to the beach. Staff did a great job. Used the recommended caterer for arrival dinner and breakfast the first morning - they did a superb job. The owner Curt was very easy to work with and very responsive to emails and questions. No complaints, everything as described and presented. We were sad to leave. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Casa Blanca!! I was in charge of finding a house for a girls getaway and with so many options to pick from Casa Blanca stood out!! Curt was very helpful in the planning process and made a ton of excellent recommendations.The house was a perfect match for our weekend! 4 bedrooms with very comfortable beds and 4 full baths was essential. The pool and outdoor area were amazing! We lived in the hammocks next to the pool!! We loved it so much and can't wait to go back! Have fun! You won't regret picking Casa Blanca!!
