"Oh my goodness - this place was amazing!! We had a huge suite on the second floor just for two people. (be aware there is no elevator, so you carry your luggage up some stairs). Expect some street noise until about midnight - then it gets quiet. It didn’t bother us at all. There was a full kitchen, a dining area with table, couch, TV. Big bedroom had two soft comfy beds. Nice size bathroom had a big tile shower. They provided soap, shampoo, conditioner. You could also use their complimentary beach towels and sunscreen that was available in the lobby. They have coffee, hot chocolate, cold water, and ice available in the cute lobby area. We got to the property in the morning, so they stored our luggage in a locked room until check-in. There are shops and restaurants everywhere you look in Old San Juan. The location is convenient to both forts, the cruise port, umbrella street, and easy to get an Uber to the airport when needed. Katie, at the front desk, was SO nice! Everyone was friendly. What a delight to stay there! We will be returning. "

"This place had a beautiful protected beach front for swimming and low key snorkeling. You can rent a paddle board, snorkel, or scuba gear onsite. Right next to the resort was a marine park where you could go and rent snorkel or scuba equipment and see more turtles and fish. You can walk from this resort to Old San Juan, but Uber and Taxi are so convenient and easy from the resort, save your energy for the hills and steps in Old San Juan. The property has beautiful beachfront ocean views. If the ocean isn’t your thing, the pools are great too. The swim up bar is sectioned off with a water feature that flows into the infinity pool. The splash pad is great for kids and is very shallow. The room was clean and our wave wing view was amazing. The carpet and shower tile were a little worn and dated, but not significantly and it didn’t keep the room from looking clean. The double beds were a little small for our over 6ft tall bodies, but they still made for comfortable and restful sleep! Restaurants were pricey, but food and service were great. It’s easy to get to local places to eat offsite as well. The shopping plaza next door has a Fogo Steakhouse, but nothing else in terms of food or shopping. There are a couple of boutique shops onsite at the resort. I recommend going to Old San Juan to do local market shopping. Genuinely kind and helpful staff! We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book here again! "

"Excellent. The breakfast at this hotel left a lot to be desired. It wasn’t as good as regular. Typical hotel breakfast food. I wouldn’t recommend going to the breakfast. Unless you want a bagel or a bowl of cereal. "
