"This is a very clean property in the heart of OSJ. We ate dinner on the patio and watched the cruise ship leave port. Parking was a bit confusing but you can go the the ramp that is next to the property and they will validate for a reduced price overnight. We tried to do valet but could not even enter the street entrance which was blocked. Staff was courteous and provided complimentary mimosas while we waited in line to check in. "

Great breakfast and you can take a bit of food for later. 5:30-7 cocktails (two per night, but they accumulate if you don’t drink two every night) was good except for “snacks” they provide are limited to chips and sometimes salsa. Staff all helpful and friendly. Pool area very nice and kept clean. You don’t feel that you’re six minutes from the airport when you’re hanging out at the pool or in the inner courtyard having breakfast. Three blocks to the beach, which is long enough to go for a nice walk. Since it’s a public beach, it was very busy with a lot of people, but that’s common."

"The Courtyard Isla Verde was great for our family of 4 for the week. There are several dining options, the swim up bar was fantastic and never overly crowded. Having access to the beach and chairs/umbrellas was great. There were many times that we were among the only ones on the entire beach. The entire staff was attentive and went out of their way to make our time there memorable. There is not much to walk to with regard to restaurants or shops, but we had a rental car so it was not an issue. We would definitely return and definitely recommend. "

"I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful, the rooms were nice and clean and the area was quiet. Very walkable to everything around Old San Juan. Even a thirty minute walk from Escambron beach. I lived my experience here and definitely will be returning next time I am in San Juan."
