"Loved this hotel - cleaning staff seemed a bit lacking. Our room was out of all the basics when we checked in and it took a while to get that remedied. "I was pleasantly surprised..some reviews were negative. Rooms with outside balconies were louder due to street noise but if you are generally an early riser it will be fine! The hot tubs were not hot and my shower was not hot either but the vibe was old San Juan and very nicely decorated. We enjoyed the bar as well "

3.0 star property
7.8 out of 10, Good, (364)
"The property location was the best! Old San Juan had many food, music, and shopping options. Ubers were available, easy to get, and inexpensive. The room was clean and the decor was neat. The bed was very firm (too firm for us), but new. The staff were very friendly. No breakfast at the hotel, but coffee is available in a.m. hint: bring your own coffee cup. The cups provided are very small. Would recommend and stay again."
