"I want so bad to give this property a 5 star rating. The staff at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. They gave us a beautiful room with a fantastic view! I will be forever thankful for this wonderful week here. The zul restaurant was great. Had some really good Tacos. The room was clean and the beds are nice. It was also helpful to have access to laundry while we were there. Here's the not so good, and the reason for the 4 rating.... the hot tub is not a hot tub. It's cold. Not much...

"Had a great time. Building was safe. Liked that many restaurants and bars are within walking distance so no need to worry about DUI. Was clean enough, but could use a really deep clean. The shower curtain was nasty, with visible dirt on it. I soent $3 and replaced. I would also suggest updating the decorations and plates, glasses, silverwear. All was mismatched, dingy and ugly. Seriously, you could charge more if you invested like $1500 to redecorate. Having said all that, i would stay hete...

"The only complaint I had was the shower not having a door or a floor barrier to keep the water from getting on the floor outside the shower. Otherwise I would still stay again and definitely recommend it. Excellent price for the location, cleanliness and amenities. The sleeping arrangements are also great for a family of 4. "The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again. "

"We really liked the location and were super excited to stay in Old San Juan for a few days but had no idea about “the stairs”. We had just come off of a 7 day cruise and had planned to stay but once we arrived, we saw “the stairs” and almost passed out. We have 4 pieces of luggage and there’s no elevator. Our room was on the top floor. We spoke to Omar (the manager) and decided we wouldn’t be able to stay. He was more than gracious and even refunded us our money for the 2 days we canceled. ...
