We wait in line 45 minutes to check in and the bathroom was dirty with hair on the floor and did not have soap. But the view was priceless.

Hotel has no lobby, the room had not been cleaned and there’s no amenities apart from a vending machine. They don’t spend any money on the bedding—just sheets, no bedspread—for the rock hard bed, so you’ll want to put in your sweater to sleep as the a/c cannot be adjusted. At least it’s a short walk to the Hilton across the street.

tiny ants crawling on my face when i woke up each morning! room smells of old mildew! I was told there would be a jacuzzi and there was just a bathtub the shower door wouldn’t stay closed pictured a kitchenette type room and there wasn’t even a microwave breakfast showed fresh fruit n a spread got there was only bread n apples n cold cereal i just wasn’t satisfied so I extended my stay else where!

The property is well located, transportation was easy, it's closed to the beach (walkable). Restaurant around were safe . The only thing I didn't like was parking it's difficult and the property itself needs touch up. The room was a good size, comfortable but it looks rusty. Breakfast was very very very simple. A lot of bread and coffee.

Me and my wife stayed there. I didn’t like the service they took too long to come clean the wall. It was never nobody there to talk to at front desk, but I did enjoy the breakfast in the morning that they serve. There was nice people but not shop while doing a duty

This is my second time staying at this property, and I love its location and walkability to Condado, Miramar, Santurce, and, of course, Old San Juan. While there is always room for improvement, if you, like me, just need a place to sleep, I would say this is a great option at a reasonable price.

Very convenient location to all that old San Juan has to offer. Reasonable parking daily with in and out accessibility, just 15 dollars daily. Ubers are quick to get in the area too! Walking distance to Ladi's restaurant which has a beautiful view and outstanding food.
