This place is okay. Just okay. The huge positive things are the ocean views from the rooms, and a decent balcony. The dirty condition of the carpet and balcony sliding door threshold prevents me from giving a higher rating.

The hotel is nothing like it is described. It is run down and seen better days. The outside sitting/restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The breakfast consists of a loaf of bread a few packets of serial and a muffin !! Overall not what I expect from a hotel. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

This was the he absolute WORST Hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If I had known how dirty this place was, i would have booked a motel or Airbnb. From the carpet that hasn’t vacuumed in months maybe years, I couldn’t walk bare feet without picking up hairs with my toes. Rhe rooms are t turned over or cleaned daily, the house staff only cleans on Sunday and I Using rhe word clean generously. I had dirty towels in my room for 5 days before someone showed up. The breakfast they can to offer are mini muffins. That’s it. The coffee tasted like brick. This hotel was horrible to stay at. And I will absolutely never stay at a costa Bahia property ever again.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room had a spectacular view. The first day there were no towels in the room, but front desk got two to solve us. On the second day I went again to front desk and the lady got us towels. Bad things? We didn't had housekeeping service and the garbage was accumulated. We collected it in our garbage bags and we had to clean our room. Also, breakfast must have eggs, potatoes, bacon, ham, cereal...hot breakfast.

Costa Bahía hotel is now my number one choice for my Puerto Rico stays. The breakfast is continental style, car parking, available transport links, walkability to multiple areas, rooms are quiet and clean. This hits the spot price wise and the amenities I need.

The room was ok, doesn't look as clean as one expected. The breakfast was not very well presented or provided. There was bread, jelly, cream cheese, coffee for breakfast. When food runs out, that is just too bad. Not impressive, will not stay again in the future.

This is a bad stay for what it cost especially with the amazing view. They serve complimentary continental breakfast but by day 2 some things were no longer available and by day 4 only toast and corn flakes was available with apples. You can also purchase a real breakfast from the other nearby hotels.
