"The Palacio is a decent adults only hotel in historic Old San Juan. It’s been there a while so it’s pretty old and shows it. While cute, it’s not worth $500 a night. "Property is in a great location. We did lots of walking and exploring. Room was clean and nice. The only thing is next time I would get an interior room because you are close to the street and partying so you hear the loud music and people walking up and down throughout the night. Staff at the front desk and cleaning were so kind and helpful! It’s a perfect location close to shops, restaurants, historical locations to explore. "

"Inexpensive, basic, safe hotel. Very good for an inexpensive, basic, clean hotel in a great location for strolling, and close proximity to cruise ships docks. When we arrived the one receptionist had 40 check-ins. Terrible. Website posted hours and menu for restaurant, which is not open for lunch or dinner. Receptionist confirmed but did not even know where to find this on their website. Restaurant Cafe Mimosa is open for breakfast but service was so slow we left and found a nearby cafe. "
