"Everyone was professional and kind. From the front desk service in checking us in, trying to accommodate us for a late check-out/actually checking us out, to the dinner staff... everyone was truly very nice! The only complaint we have about our room was the shower only had scalding hot or freezing water, there was no in between. Not sure if this was just a problem with our room (510). But really amazing service we loved it here!!!! Hopefully we'll be back soon!"

"This was my second stay at this hotel and Im just as happy as the first time. Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Safety is something big for me and they fulfilled this. Youre not able to access any of the floors unless you have a pass key that allows you to close the doors for the elevator. Rooms are very clean and the showers are nice and hot ! Youre able to dine on site and food/drinks are delicious. The beach is safe for both kids and adults. They have beach chairs, umbrellas, towels available and if you want to have a drink or something to snack they offer services on the beach while the tab can be added to your room. Parking garage is also on site and very well lit! Would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone. "

"Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is very close to the beach with chairs and umbrellas available for guests. Two beautiful pools with ocean views; one an amazing rooftop terrace and the other with a restaurant and bar. The area felt very safe and had lots of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again! Gigi at Komu restaurant was especially kind and welcoming. She greeted us each morning with a smile. She remembered our coffee preferences and asked about our stay/ our trip."
