"The overall vibe and location was great for old San Juan - the inside was amazing with a lofted (open air room) and 2 bedrooms. The only downside was the noise all night long (we stayed on a wednesday night) which made the lofted room pretty loud as a result. Also, didn't have access to the crib we requested when booking (my bad for not following up on this!) - but we made do as we were only staying for one night! "

"I really enjoyed the people that helped us with the check in. They had an individual assist with our luggage. They made sure we were satisfied our accommodations. "Was private and gated. Property is nice and clean. Loved walking out on the pier through the mangroves. Very much disliked the layout of the rooms. Description said sleeps six and showed 3 beds, however that was deceptive. One room has a king bed. The other has a king bed with a full size bed in the room with it, beds are facing each other. So if you dont want to sleep with your kids in the room or perhaps another couple. Do not select room 203. Other than that was a good place to stay. "

"I stayed for a week with two other friends. We really enjoyed our stay. Very walkable to Old San Juan and Balneario del Escambrón Beach (around 15 minutes each). There are multiple dining options (also walkable), but I recommend eating at Old San Juan. The only point of discomfort was that we could not throw toilet paper down the toilet, but that's because the pipes around Old San Juan are an older version. If that would be an issue, I would recommend finding a different accommodation in Newer...
