"The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. The open bar in the lobby was nice . Check in was smooth and Natalia and Marcos as well as the other front desk staff were there whenever we had a question. The only suggestion is that the showers should have grab bars for safety."

"We love staying here. Our room this time needed a lot of repairs. Shower head broken, the digital alarm clock was counting like a timer, and the latch mechanism on the door was missing a screw. The 5 ladies At the front desk did not obviously care as i stood there looking at them while they talked amongst themselves for about 5 mins before sliding my key at them to check out. The best person we have met thw last 2 stays was the very nice man who works afternoons/evenings for check in. "

"We really liked the location and were super excited to stay in Old San Juan for a few days but had no idea about “the stairs”. We had just come off of a 7 day cruise and had planned to stay but once we arrived, we saw “the stairs” and almost passed out. We have 4 pieces of luggage and there’s no elevator. "This hotel was exactly as advertised. We felt this was an excellent value. The property is secure. We felt very safe in the hotel & neighborhood and had an excellent time!!! Angel was fantastic at communicating and we really felt valued as guests. This place is right by the beach & the hotel has an outdoor shower so you don’t have to worry about tracking sand into your room. This was a very walkable neighborhood with lots of fantastic restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again. "
