"We upgraded to a newly remodeled suite in the south towers. Wonderful view. The shower is extra slick when wet - nearly fell a few times and without alcohol being involved. Housekeeping was okay - we found the filter of a cigar on the floor as well as a can top. NO COFFEE maker in the room - bring your own as service is $30 Advertised a less than $40 upgrade, would not honor and paid $85 extra per night"

Location over comfort

"I didn’t like the bed and pillows. It was too soft. I felt I was sinking towards the middle of the bed from the side. There was no fridge in the room. There was no coffee bar in the room. I enjoyed that the casino was right downstairs and it was located on the Strip. "
