"I knew it was a mockup of a French Chateau, but wasn’t expecting the Greek statues displayed around the property or the warm colored room with renaissance paintings and armor. We would definitely stay there again. "

"We absolutely loved this property! Not only was it very convenient to shopping and site seeing but also in a beautiful neighborhood. The house was decorated adorably and the theme was well thought out. Hot tub was an added treat on cold nights. Very clean and comfortable for all guest ages. "

"The castle has a lot of space. The bedrooms are all well kept and have plenty of room with good bathroom access. Other than the giant dining table, there's not a great area for the large number of guests you are likely to have at this location to gather and hang out. Living room and basement are small with limited seating. Everything felt kind of dusty/old on theme with a castle! The technology within the house is lacking. TV's don't get many channels, and the internet sucks. Having a bunch...

"We booked the Kentucky Castle for a weekend girls trip and it was perfect for our large group! We went to Keeneland which is a short 20 min drive and then out to dinner in downtown Lexington, which you can walk to or is a quick Uber. All the bathrooms and bedrooms are a great size and the property was very clean. We enjoyed the large backyard and the hot tub. Would definitely book again! "

"We did a murder mystery dinner here with friends and had a wonderful time. The property was great and tons of lights and chairs, plus it’s themed as it is so that helped a ton. Absolutely will be staying here again. The host was super nice and there was plenty of items to make it feel like home and be able to cook as needed. Thank you! "

"The house was very antiquey unfortunately only one of the 4 bathrooms shower worked I was excited to lay in the jacuzzi tub but it was gross and dirty some of the dishes were also dirty. they are also trying to sell the house so we came home to people looking at it which we weren’t told about and kind of inconvenient when you have 5 tired kids On the plus side it was a quiet neighborhood and it was spacious "

"We loved the outside spaces around the property. Lots of lawn space for games, volleyball, slip 'n slide. An outside sports shed had many things to most with. Corn hike, badminton, hula hoops, jump ropes. Across a little creek was an area where we played horseshoes and set up other outdoor activities. Inside was spacious. Large kitchen. Two fridges and one freezer. Upstairs was a large game room wit pool, air hockey, big tv and lots of dress up clothes for the kids."

"Overall we did enjoy the stay and was mostly perfect for us. There was some confusion with check in/out process and parking but they were responsive and easy to get ahold of. Our biggest issue is that the general description says 4 bedrooms, 4 queen+ beds. The description does clarify this a little but we ended up bringing and using a blow up mattress because we weren't sure. The 4th bedroom is actually off of the 3rd bedroom. And while the 4th bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom does not...

Our outdoor living area is perfect for lounging and soaking in the natural surroundings.

"We had 16 friends from all over the US come and stay for 3 days. We had an amazing time. The home was spectacular. Beds were comfortable, all we needed in the kitchen was provided. We will definitely book this place again when we have large gatherings. Highly recommend."

"We had a great time, the house was clean and as described. The kids loved the Theater room, arcade games, and pool. We would stay again!"

"The property was beautiful surrounded by nature and a fountain garden. We enjoyed our stay there. The only issue we had was the room above us had a party and the noise kept us awake until 5 am. The walls were thin and the floors were squeaky, you could hear the rooms above us had a party with too many guests. It would have been nice to have a host there to greet and make aware of extra unwanted guests. "

"The grounds are beautiful. The interior is lovely. Sounds carry from other floors, so if you're bothered by hearing people moving around or quietly snoring, this isn't the place for you. I was disappointed to learn the hot tub and sauna weren't available. The hot water heater couldn't keep up when apparently all the guests must have showered around the same time. There was plenty of hot water a couple hours later when I tried again "

"Was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There are steep stairs so if you have really young children or bad knees it might not be the best option for you. My kids loved it and thought it was the coolest experience. The castle itself does have a bathroom with shower, a full size refrigerator, and a full size stove/oven which was not on the listing. The guest house also has a bathroom and kitchenette but no stove/oven in it. Host had everything needed in the kitchen, pots pans utensils...
