"It was a nested near the main part of Mendocino! It was quiet, clean and updated! Staff Steve was friendly and provided dining options! 15 min drive from Fort Bragg! Lovely open space as well"

"We had a small lockout unit. It was small but okay for an overnight stay. The unit was well equipped but tight. The unit had a washer / dryer which was helpful. The front desk was helpful and polite. The only amenity that I saw were pools and a basketball court. The focus of the resort was golf."

"Overall room & property is really nice but the check in is horrible. We had to check in different location then drive to where our room. We got lost on the way because the staff gave us incorrect info. Also no hair dryer in the room not very convenient. Overall I’m still happy but the check in needs improvement. "

"Property was in good condition and near a lot of great local amenities. We were not able to use the pool because there was no key provided. I asked about it but never heard back. Also, painters were working the first two days we stayed there and we didn't know that would be the case. That's probably a rare occurrence, though "

"To be fair, its the first time we stay at a houseboat so we didn't know what to expect. We just needed a place to sleep because we planned our two days to be out and about doing activities. Overall the place fitted our needs: we had the 3 beds we needed to sleep all of us & the mattresses were comfortable to have a goodnight of sleep. It was clean, we had the extra blankets I requested due to the temperature was going to get colder for the weekend and it was dog friendly. What we didn't expect...

"First time staying at a Vrbo. Property was away from everything which was good for stargazing. Did enjoy our stay as Big Bend was only about 30 minutes away and Study Butte / Terlingua were only 20 minutes away. "
