"Facilities very nice, but horrible food. Go somewhere else to eat. If you are older or handicapped,dont stay in older upstairs room.No elevators available there and 22 stairs. Housekeeping never came after numerous phone calls. Valet service excellent."

"This hotel was great. comfy beds, friendly staff, convenient location we could walk anywhere downtown we wanted, and the room was quiet despite being so close to Freemont street. The bathroom was the smallest i have ever experienced in a hotel, but we could deal with that. Would stay again. also, the cleaning staff was very friendly, and we were moved the 1st night due to air cond not working. The move was easy and appreciated!!"
