Belagio is beautiful outside. Inside the lobby smells amazing. The Chinese new year decor was gorgeous. I will say that our view in our room was not good, we were facing a wall. Also the bathroom shower does not have a door so we were freezing, its also awkwardly long for whatever reason. The shower head was awful for a hotel of this caliber, something you would expect at a greasy roach motel. Most of the staff were extremely nice. I had a run in with one who was extremely rude and condescending when I asked a question. Accessibility was very good for the handicapped (I look at those things as my mother is in a wheelchair) The dining in the hotel was very accommodating, offering different options to match what you want to spend. Ubering in and out was a breeze. The amount of the homeless ppl allowed to lay on the grounds around the hotel was strange. Trying to watch the fountains from the front of the hotel was awful because there are peddlers blaring obnoxious music so loud you cant hear the music of the fountains. Not to mention the constant harassment of “Monks” with bracelets and men snapping cards at you of naked women and ppl following you trying to sell you things who dont like to be told “No thank you” Id recommend carrying a knife if you are a women. Never set anything down as it will get stolen in a blink.

Most beautiful display of the Chinese New Year. Well laid out facilities. There was very limited access to sit in a lounge and have a drink. No seating available in the registration area.

Not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Room was dirty, towels were stained, shower did not flow properly and products such as shampoo, body wash and toilet paper were of poor quality. The room was a bit outdated and it feels like you are in a supermarket, you are just a number. If you are expecting 5 star quality, refrain. I would star here again.

Stayed there in the middle of winter - you can only set the temperature in the room, you can’t turn on the ac or heat. First time I’ve stayed in a hotel like that. Ran hot the entire time I was there in the middle of winter and sleepy terribly. Reported to front desk at checkout, credited one night rest fee of $62. Would not recommend staying here since you can’t cool the room properly.

Positives- Everyone that worked at the property was very friendly and we always love to see how the garden area is decorated. The Chinese new year decor was beautiful. There are lots of great restaurants to choose from and we love the ice cream shop. Negatives- we tried to go to the hot tub around 7pm. We were told they were closed but that they have them in the salon/spa. The salon/spa charges $100 per person to use their hot tubs and my 17 year old daughter wouldn’t have been able to come because you have to be 18. A resort of this size should definitely have pools and a hot tub for their guests available until 10pm. Also, the first night of our stay when I got into the bed there was a nasty hair (use your imagination) in the sheets. I also woke up the next morning with a large bite on one of my legs. The room service did not do a good job when they cleaned our room. Last, we were packing up to leave on our last day. We had the “do not disturb” sign on our door. Check out is at 11am but house keeping started knocking on our door at 10:45. That is a pet peeve of mine! Why give people do not disturb signs if they are going to knock on your door anyway?! So rude.

Loved this hotel, rooms were beautiful, property was beautiful, good service in the Casino. I just wish it had coffee in the room.
